Dispatch to you by courier

Products are shipped by courier with delivery from 3 to 10 working days. The shipping charge is 5€ + VAT. For orders with products that are not immediately available, but on request, we will contact you to inform you of the estimated delivery time of the products. The information is usually provided within the next three working days from the date of the order.

Beautybar-b2b assures you of the quality of the products sold through its pages. A thorough check of the condition of the product and its packaging should be carried out upon receipt, in order to identify any problem that may have arisen during transport. In case you detect any problem in the packaging, please do not proceed with the receipt of the product, but contact us immediately. If you find a problem immediately after receipt, this should be reported immediately to the carrier. Immediately afterwards, please contact us by informing us of the relevant declaration you made to the carrier.

Product returns

In accordance with consumer protection legislation and for health protection reasons, unsealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g. cosmetics, creams, toiletries, perfumes, etc.) are not returnable.

All our products are checked before they are sent to you.

In cases in which, through proven fault of our company, a product was sold incorrectly or a product of poor and defective quality (error in receiving the order, in pricing, in shipping, etc.) you have the possibility of withdrawal, return of the product and the additional right to request the replacement of the product if this is possible. In the event that it is not possible to replace a product, the entire price paid will still be refunded in the same way as the original purchase was made.

To avoid your own inconvenience, we advise you to carefully check – at the time of delivery of your order – the condition of the sold products and the intactness of their packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. defective goods, wrong item, etc.).

In the above cases, the customer has the choice
1. Either to refuse to accept delivery of the product from the outset
2. Or, after having received the product, to return it within 14 days from the date indicated on the sales document.

If the product is not returned within 14 calendar days then our company may not accept any return or replacement.

Cancellation of Order

The customer reserves the right to cancel the order. In this case, you should contact our company to inform us of your wish to cancel your order.

We recommend that this is done in good time within 24 hours before your order proceeds to fulfilment and we will refund the full price paid for the purchase in the same way as the original purchase was made.

Payment methods

Credit/debit card through EUROBANK: In the process of completing your order you will go to a secure page belonging to EUROBANK. There you will enter your card details and complete the payment. If the payment is successfully completed, you will go back to the online store beautybar-b2b.gr and we will be informed by the bank about the successful payment.

We remind you that beautybar.gr does not store credit card numbers in any way.

Bank deposit. You can pay the price of the products you have chosen by depositing the money to the following bank accounts of the company Aroma and Passion / beautybar-b2b.gr.

Please use your Order number as the reason for payment (e.g. ORDER NUMBER #325). Your order will not be shipped until the amount appears in our account. Notify us of your deposit by calling 246 110 2238 or by emailing info@beautybar-b2b.gr with (subject) your order number.

Cash upon receipt: Payment for the products can be made in cash upon receipt at the place you have indicated, Free of charge without cash on delivery charges.

 PAYPAL: The PAYPAL service allows you to send online payments for product purchases through the beautybar-b2b.gr online store securely, using a credit or debit card.
